unexpected service hiccups

The room was beautifully renovated with modern touches. I particularly enjoyed having easy access to USB ports and the comfortable bedding that made for a restful sleep.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays in service. A mix-up with breakfast vouchers added to our frustrations, as did the lack of communication regarding coffee availability in the morning.

The room was spacious, perfect for my needs. I really appreciated the convenience of using my Netflix account on the TV. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were welcoming. A couple of standout features included the clean and inviting bathrooms along with a good selection of outlets throughout the room. However, I encountered a few issues. The bathroom door and some walls were in desperate need of cleaning. Also, there was a $50 incidental fee that was unclear and concerns about a mistaken $20 room service charge I did not authorize. The front desk wasn't particularly helpful in clarifying these charges during my stay. Additionally, while the overall cleanliness was commendable, certain areas felt neglected, and I wish there had been more communication regarding the buffet offerings. Overall, some areas have room for improvement, but I would like to stay again if issues are addressed.

The staff's communication skills were severely lacking. After asking for fresh linen, housekeeping took way too long to respond. Furthermore, I witnessed rude treatment from front desk personnel that left me feeling unwelcome.

certain hiccups as the air conditioning didn’t work well, and the noise from adjacent rooms kept us awake. The hotel was nicely renovated, and the staff was friendly, especially during breakfast, which featured a good selection of options, although it could get crowded.

Opt for foam pillows for added comfort. they were delivered promptly, enhancing sleep quality.

We really enjoyed our stay with spacious rooms and super comfy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The heated pool and relaxing hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit pricey, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

This hotel suits me perfectly. It has free parking, a fitness center, and a bar. During my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions. I truly appreciate their friendly service and will be back for a weekend.
